About
Longevion helps people live longer, healthier, and more vibrant lives by combining science-backed nutrition, lifestyle habits, and behavioral strategies that activate the body’s natural biochemical and neurological pathways for optimal wellbeing and longevity.

My Story
Born in 1981 in the beautiful Madeira, Portugal, I graduated in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Oporto University in 2005. Since 2012, I have been living and practicing pharmacy in the UK, where I developed deep passion for neurochemistry and biology. My interest in health and longevity stems from a personal journey, having lost my father a young age, which has inspired me to make the best life choices for myself and my loved ones. I am dedicated to promoting quality health and well-being through my expertise and knowledge. This is why I created Longevion Health, to push me further in my quest!

Longevion connects:
-
Habits → trigger biochemical pathways (e.g., exercise increasing BDNF for brain health).
-
Nutrition → provides building blocks for optimal cellular function (e.g., omega-3s for anti-inflammatory effects).
-
Neurological health → improved via better neurotransmitter balance from sleep, diet, and stress control.
This makes the advice credible, motivating, and actionable.
